PTTC is originally established in the early 2023 as a multilingual translation agency, specializing in providing accurate and culturally relevant translation services, in any language, any sector, and any format, and enabling global communication: supporting international business and trade; improving access to education; strengthening healthcare communication; assisting legal and immigration process; and so on.

It is now not here by chance, yet it is as a result of being well prepared in accordance with the laws to guarantee that everything is in place and things executed by it are under the legal framework, being well equipped with and having an exceptionally talented team of linguists, who are experts in all major languages and industries on standby to readily handle any translation requests.

PTTC is duly incorporated and legally registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Company Registration Number 1000232398 as well as other ministry and institution, such as the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and the General Department of Taxation, to guarantee its full compliance with all relevant regulations and existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Translation Services
We can translate various types of documents, in any language, any sector, and any format and certify such translations upon a customer's request, as PTTC is legally registered and firmly established, meaning that PTTC is well equipped with and consists of extensive domestic and overseas translation resources−a well trusted team of fully qualified and experienced translators from Cambodia and all over the world, who are fluent in all major language pairs and industries, on standby to readily handle any translation requests. Undoubtedly, when our translations are certified, they can be used to support any applications, including local, regional and international ones, some of which are for personal, business, legal, academic, and immigration purposes. Interpretation Services 
PTTC offers real-time interpretation services for meetings, conferences and events across Cambodia and even the rest of the world across a wide range of languages and industries, either in person or remotely.

The two most basic interpretation modes are simultaneous interpretation and consecutive interpretation. 

1. Simultaneous Interpretation: This mode involves the interpreter listening to the speaker and translating the message in real-time, almost concurrently. The interpreter usually works in a soundproof booth with headphones and a microphone, delivering the translation to the audience through headsets. This service is  commonly used in large conferences and international meetings.
2. Consecutive Interpretation: In this mode, the interpreter waits for the speaker to finish a segment of their speech prior to translating it into the target language. The interpreter takes notes while listening and then delivers the translation once the speaker pauses. Consecutive interpretation is often used in smaller settings, such as business meetings, interviews, and legal proceedings.
3. Whispered Interpretation: The interpreter whispers the translation directly to the listener, typically used in meetings where only a few people require interpretation.
4. Escort Interpretation: The interpreter accompanies individuals on tours, meetings, or travel, providing consecutive interpretation services on the go.
5. Relay Interpretation: In multilingual conferences, one language is translated to a pivot language by one interpreter, and to other languages by different interpreters.
6. Remote Interpretation: Using technology to interpret from a different location, ideal for virtual meetings and web conferences.

Transcription Services

Due to the fact that we keep developing, constantly thriving to be a premier one-stop language service provider in Cambodia, we not only focus on translation and interpretation services, but also other peripheral language services, one of which is a transcription service, which is ignored by most of its competitors, yet we do whatever it takes to serve any translation services.

Our transcription service involves converting spoken language, typically from audio and video recordings into written texts. We offer transcription services, in any language, any sector, and any format and following are the most common types we handle so far:

1. Verbatim Transcription: Capturing every word spoken, including filler words (“um,”), pauses, and non-verbal sounds like laughter or sighs. This is often used in legal or research settings.
2. Intelligent (or Clean) Transcription: Focusing on capturing the meaning of what is said, omitting filler words and non-essential sounds. 
3. Medical Transcription: Specialized transcription for healthcare professionals, including doctor-patient interactions, medical reports, and patient histories. 
4. Legal Transcription: Specialized transcription for legal settings, including court hearings, depositions, and legal consultations.
5. Interview Transcription: Transcribing interviews, which can be in verbatim or intelligent format, depending on the needs.  
6. Business Transcription: Including transcription of business meetings, conference calls, presentations, and corporate events.
7. Multilingual Transcription: Involving transcribing audio in different languages. 
8. Video or Media Transcription: Transcribes audio from videos, podcasts, or webinars. 
9. Subtitling and Captioning: Creating subtitles or captions for video content, ensuring text aligns with the timing of the audio. 

Our translation process mainly comes from human translation; nevertheless, machine translation is also embraced. 

Our Mission
To get the best possible translation output, PTTC firmly adopts 3 stages of the translation process of 1. drafting/translation, 2. editing and 3. proofreading.

1. Drafting/translation means to render a text which is in one particular language, to another language. It is the accurate transference of information in order to represent the original document to the target document.
2. Surely, when we refer to editing in the field of translation, we are referring to reviewing what has been completed in the previous step; we review the translation created from the original text.
3. In this final stage, we know that drafting/translation and editing stages of the text have been completed, so in the proofreading or correction stage, it should not be necessary to refer to the original text. This final review will focus mainly on the premise that the translated text sounds natural and reads smoothly in the target language.
